This position is a combined Cleaner (24 hours per week)/Grade 1 Administrator Support (10 hours per week) position. The salary scale for both positions combined is from £24,708 pa rising to £26,169 pa after four years' service.

Hours of Work: 8.45 am – 4.45 pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.45 am – 3.45 pm (Friday).
Flexibility is required as the hours of work may vary.

The principal duties are: to provide a high-quality cleaning service, ensuring that the office remains clean and hygienic, and to provide a typing and clerical service, assisting in the provision of help and advice to members.
The successful applicant will possess: previous cleaning experience in a similar environment; telephone and reception skills; the ability to demonstrate tact, initiative and discretion; the ability to communicate effectively; well-developed planning and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines; basic IT literacy.
