Celebrating Different Minds

As at least one in five people in the UK are thought to be neurodivergent, significant numbers of Usdaw members will be neurodivergent and we know already that many of them struggle at work due to a lack of understanding and support.

Usdaw members who are parenting neurodivergent children, and carers of neurodivergent adults, may themselves also need support, including time off work to deal with the challenges this brings.
