A vacancy exists for a SharePoint Administrator based at the Union’s Head Office.

Principal duties are: under the day-to-day management of the Senior ICT Support Officer, the postholder is responsible for the implementation, management, and support of the organisation's Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online infrastructure. Managing SharePoint projects, ensuring effective planning and execution while maintaining high standards of communication and organisation.
The successful applicant will possess: knowledge and experience with SharePoint Online, MS Forms, MS Teams and OneDrive, including site management, security, governance, and PowerShell. Scripting; a high level of proficiency in MS 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power Automate, Microsoft Forms and SharePoint lists; proven knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy; working experience of providing training to users of SharePoint at different skill levels; strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
