Retail trade union Usdaw is one of eleven trade unions who launched a judicial review of the Government’s new regulations, which allows agency workers to fill in for striking workers and break strikes. The High Court hearing of this legal challenge begins today, concludes tomorrow and the result expected in a few weeks’ time.
